An Enterprising Environment
Our goal has been to not only survive in a competitive market
but to continuously improve and develop. In just ten years,
we have developed new fields in magnet research, developed
our presence domestically and internationally, and grown our
business to USD20M per year. We have become a world-class
enterprise.
12 Important Principles
1. Meet the Customer Needs
1) It is our duty to satisfy all customer requests, and leave
no stone unturned in solving customer problems. In addition,
we will develop a long term strategic partnership with our
top customers.
2) Actions that result in harm to the customer are not permitted.
These include product quality disqualification, substandard
service, (e.g. poor response to customer issues such as bad
communication)
3) Management should emphasize improving service to customers,
reduce costs and increase product competitiveness for our
customers.
4) Strengthen customer service systems and principles among
departments and teams, so we all have a common goal.
2. Have Competent Personnel
1) Staff should strive to be hardworking and thrifty. They
should love and respect work and be on the look out for emergencies
that need prompt resolution.
2) Personnel who can finish work with a high efficiency and
identify with the company ideals are valued. The ideal worker
is disciplined and persistent, opinionated and creative, focused
and a team player and must be responsible for his or her own
actions.
3) Our company can guarantee higher salaries than craft norms
to personnel if they meet or exceed our company development
needs. Otherwise they will be transferred to a different position
or let go.
4) Regarding income, we recognize not only the need to meet
the employee¡¯s personal needs but also our need to reduce
expenses. Thus it is our goal to:
(a) Strengthen inner management, improve product efficiency,
and use our limited resources most to support those personnel
who best identify with the company goals, diligently work
hard and respect their position, and have technology knowledge
and high performance.
(b) Build an open, candid performance examination system,
with clear and open encouragement and punishment.
5) Employee stockholders are just commissaries of company
funds and have no other special power. Stockholders should
abide the regulations like other personnel and receive performance
examinations.
3. Company Goals
1) The company should grow more than 30% yearly.
2) To meet our growth goals we must be competitive. This requires
outstanding talent, more scientific management, and more advanced
technology than our opponents.

reach a benefit equilibrium among customer, staff, shareholder
and social interests at the same time. The company will never
simply pursue profits.
