The Feller Inspection Center - A Commitment to Quality Testing

The Feller Magnets Co., Ltd. Inspection Center was set up in 2002, and designed to strict trade and professional standards. The inspection center has a comprehensive range of advanced testing instruments, including the ICP Emission Spectrometer, Hard Magnet Hysteresigraph, and Optical Measuring System. We designed our auto-test instrument according to customer requirements and consultation. The ion launch spectrometer can automatically test the appearance and size of products quickly, improving work efficiency and meeting customer satisfaction goals

First to Achieve TS 16949

In 2004 Feller was the first company in China to achieve TS 16949 certification. This is of great interest to our automotive industry customers as many require such certification their partners and suppliers.

Attention to Coating

Quality coating is an issue that has long concerned customers. Therefore we take this challenge very seriously. Our basic tests include the SST, PCT, Coating Thickness and Adhesive Force Tests. We test according to customers' requirements. At Feller Magnets Co., Ltd., the general test includes the following parts: high temperature and low temperature impact test, salt fog test, high temperature and high press test, pull test, electrolyte test to test the coat thickness.
