SANYO and Feller have cooperated for more than 7 years. We have
learned the key to a successful partnership is to exceed customer
expectations, deliver promptly and continuously transfer knowledge.
We Exceeded Expectations
Sanyo has strict size and tolerance standards (its size standard
is AOL0.4). Through improved techniques, processes and equipment,
we produced tolerances up to the customer's standards. Simultaneously
our testing and acceptance results were 100% up to standard.
This increased our costs but satisfied SANYO.
We Delivered Fast
SANYO constantly requires immediate delivery, especially for
samples, occasionally requesting delivery in three days. We
have so far satisfied SANYO and used our learnings to help other
customers achieve their business objectives.
We Transfered Knowledge
To improve processes we regularly visit customers and communicate
the latest relevant product information. Our experts gave training
to SANYO to help them understand magnetism and design theory.
